Job Title: RN- ICU (13-Week Contract)
Location: Little Rock, AR
Shift Timing: Day/Evening/Night (5 x 8 hrs and 3 x 12 hrs)

Description:
Join our team as a Registered Nurse (RN) specializing in Intensive Care Unit (ICU) nursing in Little Rock, AR. We are currently offering a 13-week contract position with flexible shift options. As an ICU RN, you will play a crucial role in providing high-quality patient care in a critical care setting.

Minimum Requirements:

• RN with experience in Specialty Care areas such as SICU, CCU, MICU, ICU, PACU, Cath Lab, Bronch, Emergency Department, & Stepdown within the past five (5) years.
• Current ACLS Certification (SICU, IMCU, CCU, ICU, Stepdown, and Emergency Room).
• Current BLS Certification.
• Minimum of one (1) year of experience in Critical Care Nursing.

Responsibilities:

• Provide direct patient care in the ICU setting, including assessment, monitoring, and intervention for critically ill patients.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary healthcare teams to develop and implement patient care plans.
• Administer medications, perform procedures, and maintain patient records according to established protocols.
• Monitor and ensure patient safety, including responding to emergencies and providing support to patients and families.
